The participation fee is €150, covering exhibition space for up to two works during the event. Drinks and tapas for the artist are included during the day of the inauguration.
The application deadline is 15 September 2026.
Fees are non-refundable once the artist has been confirmed for participation, except where the event itself is cancelled or postponed by the organiser (see Section 6).
Each selected artist may exhibit up to two works, with combined dimensions not exceeding 100 × 100 cm. Open to painting, photography, mixed media, installation and performance.
Places are limited to ensure each artwork can be displayed with enough space around it. Once an application is submitted and approved, the place is confirmed and guaranteed — it will not be withdrawn afterwards.
Approval to exhibit at this meeting is independent from, and does not imply, approval or consideration for Offliners.art membership. Membership follows a separate process.
Artists are responsible for delivering their work to GZ-Studio ahead of the event and collecting it afterwards, within the dates communicated by the organiser. Specific drop-off and pick-up windows will be shared with confirmed artists closer to the event. Transport and packing of the artwork are the artist's own responsibility and cost.
GZ-Studio and Offliners.art take reasonable care of all exhibited works during the event. However, artists exhibit at their own risk: the organiser does not provide insurance cover for individual artworks against damage, loss or theft. Artists wishing to insure their work for the duration of the event are responsible for arranging their own coverage.
If the organiser needs to postpone the event, participation fees already paid will not be reimbursed.
If the organiser cancels the event, participation fees already paid will be reimbursed in full.
In either case, the organiser is not responsible for any other costs artists may incur (travel, shipping, framing, etc.).
Sales are arranged directly between artist and buyer. Offliners.art takes no commission on any sale made during the event.
By participating, artists grant Offliners.art and GZ-Studio a non-exclusive right to photograph and film their exhibited work during the event, and to use these images (and images of the artist, where identifiable) for promotional purposes — including the website, newsletter and social media — with credit given to the artist wherever practical. This permission does not transfer any ownership or commercial rights over the artwork itself.
By submitting an application, the artist confirms they have read and accept these participation conditions.
This document sets out the practical terms of participation and does not constitute a formal legal contract. For specific legal questions, artists are encouraged to seek their own independent advice.
